About
Nashville Area Career Fairs Consortium
The Nashville Area Career Fairs Consortium is a cooperative effort of colleges, universities, employers, and the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce that seeks to enhance the recruiting process for students, alumni, employers, and graduate schools by jointly promoting opportunities for employment and career development.
Each institution requesting membership must submit a request and be approved by August in order to participate in the following year's Career Fair. Each institution requesting membership shall be reviewed on an individual basis with consideration given to the established eligibility criteria and the capacity of available facilities for the Consortium fair(s).
About the College to Career Fair
The College to Career Fair of the Nashville Area Career Fair is a smaller event than it has been in past years due to some membership changes. In 2023, nearly 400 students attended from member schools. Attendance is encouraged for students and alumni in fields ranging from science, liberal arts, nursing, engineering, music agriculture and business. We hope you will be able to join us and meet future employees from the Middle Tennessee area.
The Consortium has not conducted the Teacher Recruitment Fair since 2018 and has no plans to do so in 2024. In 2017 and 2018, less than 100 students attended the Teacher Recruitment Fair each year.
